Dear Colleagues,

We wish to inform you that, in 2008, the IFCC will have available scholarships for young members (<40y of age) to visit research institutes or clinical laboratories for training and/or research related to laboratory medicine. This programme is designed to foster relationships between laboratories on an individual basis.

The IFCC scholarship will cover economy airfare plus a monthly stipend of CHF 1,000. The standard scholarship period is three months, although extensions are sometimes possible.
